We believe that being a successful real estate investor does not have to be a zero sum game. We partner with organizations that fight homelessness, assist senior citizens and victims of domestic violence, and serve other worthy causes. These organizations vet potential tenants, pay significant rent subsidies and landlord incentives, and give ongoing support. In return, we provide safe and decent housing to those in need. These partnerships are a cornerstone of our operations, and have been a major advantage during the pandemic, when the rent subsidies and support have not wavered. Below are details on some of the organizations that we work with.
Brilliant Corners is a nonprofit organization with locations throughout California. Their mission is to provide housing for vulnerable and under-served people, including those with disabilities and those transitioning from homelessness.
The Downtown Women’s Center is a nonprofit in Los Angeles dedicated to addressing the needs of women overcoming poverty and homelessness.
HACLA (Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles) and LACDA (Los Angeles County Development Authority) are public agencies that are financed by the federal government to provide housing assistance for low income families, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.
HOPICS (Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System) is a nonprofit that provides high quality social service to South Los Angeles with an emphasis on housing stability.
LA Family Housing helps people transition out of homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing enriched with supportive services.
PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) is a nonprofit with locations throughout California. Their mission is ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities.
